Well it's official...we now have only 1 preschool payment now!
Woohoo!!! Hunter has graduated and is moving on to the big bad world of elementary school next year. Jacob is now going to be the upperclassman of his preschool, a title which I'm sure will suit him well.
Graduation was great. The classes showed off what they had learned: zoo phonics, signing the
abcs, the pledge, and a song they wrote for the parents.
Each child came up to receive their diplomas and said what they wanted to be when they grow up.
Jacob's came out like a big mumble jumble of
mish mosh, but I later learned that he wants to be a
Stormtrooper to beat up all the bad Stormtroopers. Aim high little one, aim high!
Hunter wants to be a fireman so he can drive the fire truck. It's all about the perks for him.
Afterwards they celebrated with some cupcakes and running around with their friends. We left a little early so we could go to
Peter Piper Pizza to celebrate, bad idea considering another school was there with bigger (middle school!) kids. No thank you.
So we high tailed it over to the
McDonald's which thoroughly disappointed the 2 munchkins because this one didn't have a
play place. Seriously, why do they do that?! All
McDonald's should have a
play place, damn it!
It was a good day and now it's time for the dreaded summer vacation. We will be keeping busy, that's for sure!
